Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being received. In cases where an item is out of stock, on backorder, or is a special order item, DROWsports will notify the customer via email with an approximate ETA.

• Transit time for US Continental Shipment: 1-5 business days
• Transit time for International Shipment: 5-14 business days

Shortage/Damaged Packages

If you receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must contact DROWsports within 24 hours or a claim cannot be filed.

• All packing material with the original shipping carton must be kept with the item
• Do Not return damaged items without prior approval. A Return Request is required.
• Claims for shortage of items or discrepancies must be made within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise.
