This Polaris RZR 170 Clutch Kit is completely legal for the Lucas Oil Class. This kit was designed around performance and quality. It includes popular brands like NCY & Dr. Pulley for optimum performance and dependability. The CVT Transmission is one the most annoying things to deal with, that is why this package is put together.
The Dr. Pulley Performance Variator is a 114mm diameter using 18x14 slider/roller weights. The variator has specially coated ramps for extremely low friction, making the sliders/rollers move easily in any type of driving condition. The best part about this is less wear and tear on the weights and better performance.
To accompany the Dr. Pulley Variator, we chose the Dr. Pulley 18x14 sliders. These are high-end sliders that are not typically round-shaped like most roller weights. They have a specific design for durability while having an increase in movement inside the variator.
The clutch spring and torque spring are upgraded for optimum take-off capabilities. We all know when you are traversing the terrain you are not always on the gas and need your clutch to engage at the right time. These upgrades are stronger and better than most OEM springs and will ensure you get the proper engagement you need.
The NCY Torque Driver Secondary Sliding Sheave will provide your RZR 170 with better take-off and acceleration capabilities.
