DROWsports Polaris RZR 170 Big Bore Kit Power Package 180cc is the ultimate 180cc package. It includes all the components to give your Polaris RZR 170 a major kick. This includes a 2V Big Bore Cylinder Kit with our specially made Forged Piston (DROWspec), a mid-range power camshaft, and a 2V Cylinder Head with larger valves.

Note: The fully upgrading kit does require an upgraded ECU, we recommend using the aRacer RCMini5 or RC1 to achieve and utilize the best performance of your RZR.

The Polaris RZR 170 2V Big Bore Cylinder Kit is an upgraded engine performance part designed to increase power, reliability, and durability. The kit includes a fully machined 63mm cylinder that fits a 57mm spacing with good tolerances to ensure proper compression. The piston is a 63mm forged piston with our own design and specification. These pistons are fitted with 63mm piston rings and a wrist pin held together by clips. There are two options for base gaskets, a thinner gasket designed for higher compression and a thicker gasket designed for lower compression and also a head gasket.

Our DROWspec pistons are designed with a specific shape and clearance to provide the ultimate performance gain. This is not the same as a Stock Forged Piston. The entire kit has been created for great reliability, power, and torque by using the best quality materials and the best tolerances. To get the best power, get the best parts quality parts.

DROWsports 2V Cylinder Head for the Polaris RZR 170 is a fully upgraded top end replacement. This is a Big Valve head designed to fit 57mm spacing cylinders like the Polaris RZR 170 engine. This high-quality built Cylinder Head is designed with larger 2 valves, 30.5 intake / 26.5 exhaust. The oversized valves working with a high-end cam will create better overall power. The ports are properly machined to achieve high tolerance. It includes the valves, gaskets, manifold/exhaust studs, and nuts.

Racing Camshaft T300 for the Polaris RZR 170 is designed for performance racing heads. The T300 camshaft is one of the best upgrades for anyone who plans on making more power and better performance. The lobes improve the low and mid-range rpm, this increases the takeoff and the climb up to top speed. This cam is perfect for the Polaris RZR 170, it has that low-end power to help rip through the dirt and the mid-range power to keep it ripping. This paired up with a full top end rebuild is one of the best combinations to get the power and speed you need.
